MIY is a commercial company, affiliated to Montserrat Yachting Association.
MYA is a members’ association of over 400 super yacht and mega yacht captains and officers.

MIY deals with the financial side of the organisation and is incorporated and authorised by the Financial Services Commission of the Government of Montserrat, British West Indies.

MYA also is represented in the UK, by Montserrat Yachting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, No. 10140941.
